Both David and Kristyn started out breeding and raising their own highly successful dogs with their mothers. David started with Rottweilers and Australian Shepherds, and Kristyn with Brittanys. Both went on to compete in junior showmanship and work for some of the top professional handlers in the country, learning about all aspects of the business.
Since finishing their apprenticeships, David has won national specialties, multiple Best In Shows, and placed in the group at both Westminster Kennel Club and the AKC National Championship. Kristyn has continued on breeding Brittanys with her mother Linda under the Triumphant prefix, and has won multiple National Specialties, Best In Shows, and campaigned the Top Winning Gordon Setter Bitch in AKC history!
Here at Stout Professional Handling, we believe in quality over quantity, showing a limited number of top quality examples of their breed. We have experience in all seven groups, but specialize in sporting, toy and herding breeds. We currently reside in rural Jacksonville, FL on 2 acres. We have a fully climate controlled kennel building with indoor runs and multiple fenced in paddocks for play time. We believe in being involved with all aspects of your dog's life. We are responsible for all feeding, grooming, and general care of your dog here at home, so no detail goes unnoticed. We look forward to much continued success with our charges!
